Event Location & Getting Here
Halloween on Cortland Bernal Heights is popping up right on Cortland Avenue—smack dab in the heart of Bernal Heights! Get ready for a candy-filled stroll where the only thing spooky is how easy it is to find us.
Parking is a treat, not a trick! Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood, but spots fill up fast. Consider carpooling, biking, or using public transit to save time (and maybe your sanity).
Our event is stroller-friendly and accessible for all ages and abilities. Need extra help or have accessibility questions? We’re here to ensure every ghoul, goblin, and parent can join the fun—just let us know!
Spooktacular Activities Await!
Get ready for a fang-tastic time! Our trick-or-treating stations are sprinkled up and down Cortland Ave, so little goblins and ghouls can fill their bags with treats safely.
Bring your best costumes and test your skills at our carnival-style games—prizes and laughter guaranteed!
Plus, enjoy magical family entertainment, from spellbinding performers to music that’ll make you want to dance like a mummy. Something is thrilling for everyone in the family!
Keep your little ghosts and goblins close—always trick-or-treat in groups, and make sure an adult is along for the adventure!
Glow up your costumes with reflective tape or glow sticks to be seen by all the friendly (and not-so-friendly) creatures out at night.
Stick to well-lit paths, cross streets at corners, and make eye contact with drivers—zombie walks only in crosswalks, please!
Check those candy hauls before anyone takes a bite—unwrapped or suspicious treats belong in the cauldron, not your tummy.
Remember: Have fun, be kind, and if you get spooked, our volunteers are always nearby to lend a hand (or a non-skeletal one, if needed)!
